TOKYO - At first glance , club members of ' Three Loves " will gather each evening to spend time drinking tea . But in reality, it also involves sexual activity between members of the club of which half are over the age of 80.
Tokyo Police yesterday arrested a 70-year -old man for violating prostitution laws to regulate sex between 1,000 men and 350 women in return of earning commissions. Kuroda Kiyohide and his tea club violated the Japan prostitution law, the Japan officials said.
He was accused of arranging sexual activity among the elderly through newspaper advertisements that suggest they may be able to eliminate boredom with meeting other friends at his club , San Ai , or Love Three .
The oldest man in the club is 88 years , while the oldest women are 82 years and a majority of the members is in the mid 60's. Only those selected can join the club. but it is limited to those over 40 years old. The business had been conducted over the past 10 years and allows Kuroda to earned commissions worth $1 million .
