PARIS - A French chocolate entrepreneur, Sylvain Musquar introduce a new chocolate flavors involve various types of insects here recently. The new flavors were introduced in an effort to promote insects as a popular snack.
Musquar got the idea to introduce worms and crickets on a chocolate to decorate it after he worked in Japan and South Korea. The France chocolate maker believes this is the best way to encourage French people to eat bugs.
"You do not have to stare long at the insect chocolate because if you stare at it for too long you will be disgusted to eat it," said Musquar.
"The crunchiness of the insects and nuts in the chocolate is able to tempt customers to continue eating it," the businessman added.
