A Bridge That Can Submerge In Greece

This is a unique bridge in Greece. This sporadic bridges can be found in Corinth and Isthmina. It is located at the end of Corinth Canal and was completed in 1988. This bridge will allow ships to sail through by sinking 8 meters deep. Why it was built in such a way? Because the canal has only 8 meters deep and 16 meters width. Yacht or boats can sail through just fine because there are no structures at the top of the bridge.
